At the beginning of your cooking adventure, you will be greeted by Lukas who will welcome you to our daily routine. He will allow you to experience the quality and taste created by the use of the best seasonal products. The goal of your professional chef and this will be implemented in your cooking class, where together you will prepare a delicious 4-5 Course menu whilst discovering new combinations of flavours. Allow Lukas to assist you with valuable tips and tricks, which will perfect what you are already cooking at home, .

Lukas Zellermayr places the highest demands on the quality of his work and invents his light cuisine of Mediterranean dishes in combination with local, seasonal products. This creates clever creations and new flavors, which are waiting to be discovered.

Children cooking course with Lukas Zellermayr

Description: from 8 plus! Come and cook with the head chef at the Forstwirt!

Children's cooking classes introduce children age-appropriate children the correct approach to cooking and eating sensibly. These classes convey the importance of the ability to eat the right things, whist bringing, fun to both cooking and eating. Within these special cooking classes balanced, healthy, familiar and fresh home-cooked foods are introduced, which teach the children that cooking is anything but out. ..

In our kitchen creativity and teamwork is encouraged, as our cooking classes not only turn your children into small food lovers and aspiring chefs but also provide direct contact with the art of cooking. Within the classes the basics of cooking, food and healthy eating are experienced.

In our herb garden Lukas teaches the children how to recognise fresh spices,  then all the ingredients into small pieces and process, while all the senses:

  • If the vegetables crisp?
  • How smell and taste of fresh herbs?
  • What are the colorful spices it?

Whether hot or cold dishes, ob traditionelle oder moderne Küche – im Forstwirt können sich Kinder als kleine Köche und Köchinnen versuchen. Your children are "little cooks" as they learn how to prepare delicious food easily.

Lukas fill the children with lots of helpful tips and tricks required in cooking. Within the classes your children will be stirred and baked hard with the use of fresh ingredients. in order to encourage tasty food, wich your "little chefs" can then experience and enjoy together.

Our goal is, to convey the joy of cooking to the children.

And who knows you may even look forward, to a home cooked meal in the future!

These classes are especially popular with children's birthdays! Our classes encourage children from 8 years plus to prepare a multi-course menu, which is by itself the feast for the birthday crowd. Choose a birthday celebration that is guaranteed to create memories!
